Ingredients
- 150g Waitrose Egg Garganelli pasta
- 250g Sunblush Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (from the deli service counter)
- 100g rocket
- Waitrose Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Oregano Dressing (optional).
Method
- Add 150g Waitrose Egg Garganelli pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain thoroughly and return to the pan.
- Stir 250g Sunblush Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (from the deli service counter) into the hot pasta with 50g rocket.
- Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately, garnished with another 50g rocket dressed with fresh Waitrose Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Oregano Dressing (optional).
