Ingredients
- 2 ¼ c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 c. butter, at cool room temperature
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ c. creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 small chocolate bar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. I use a 10.25-inch cast iron skillet. If you choose to use another type of oven-safe skillet, grease. well
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until well-combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until well-combined.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla, and beat until combined.
- Stir in dry ingredients just until incorporated.
- Add mini marshmallow and chocolate chips. Stir in.
- Spread cookie dough into prepared skillet, slightly mounding the cookie dough in the middle.
- Break chocolate bar into pieces, and gently press into surface of cookie.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until center is set and edges are light golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
